Close warm inbound leads from Calendly, cold email replies, and partner referrals. Run targeted outbound to NC small business owners in dental, HVAC, real estate, medspa, pawn, home health, and credit repair. The product demo sells itself — your job is qualification, fit-finding, and getting decision-makers on a 30-minute call.

What we sell

ARF builds AI voice receptionists for small businesses. Our Pilot is $997/month with no setup fee. Optimizer is $2,997 setup + $797/month. BIB (Business-in-a-Box) is $4,997 setup + $1,997–$4,997/month. Customers are independent dentists, HVAC contractors, medspas, real estate agents, home health agencies, credit repair organizations, and pawn shops.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have closed SMB software or service deals in the $1K–$10K ACV range
• Know one of our verticals deeply (dental ops, HVAC dispatch, real estate brokerage, etc.)
• Are comfortable on the phone — most of our wins are voice, not email
• Want commission upside, not just base
• Want to be employee #2 or #3 in a fast-shipping company, not a cog in a 200-rep org

You'll struggle here if you:

• Need elaborate enablement, SDRs to feed you, or 6-month deal cycles
• Want a 50/50 base/var split — we're commission-heavy on purpose
• Don't like the SMB / Main Street vibe — we sell to dentists in Charlotte, not Snowflake admins

90-day ramp

• Month 1: shadow 30 demos with our AI Avery, qualify 20 leads, close 2 Pilots
• Month 2: solo demos, close 4 Pilots
• Month 3: hit 5 Pilots + 2 Optimizer upgrades
• Month 4 onward: at quota or on PIP

Notion (CRM), Calendly, Loom (record demos), Slack (team comms), Stripe (payment links), and our Retell AI agents — Avery for general demos, plus the vertical agents (Kayla / Hayden / Mira / Cloie / Marlowe / Cora / PawnCounter) when you're pitching their respective industries.
