1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you (a) visit airevenueforge.tech, (b) submit a form, book a call, or purchase a product, or (c) become a client of our AI Voice Receptionist or related services.

If you are an end-user calling a phone number operated by an AI Revenue Forge client, please refer to that client's privacy notice. We process your call data on behalf of the client per their HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (where applicable) or service contract.

2. Information we collect

You provide directly: - Name, business name, email, phone number when you submit our intake form, book a call, or contact us - Payment information when you purchase (processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers) - Practice information (industry, hours, services, escalation rules) during onboarding for the Pilot or Optimizer

Automatically collected when you visit airevenueforge.tech: - Pages visited, time on page, referrer URL, device type, browser, IP address (used for analytics + fraud prevention) - Cookies (see Section 6)

On behalf of clients (call data): - When our AI receptionist handles a call for one of our clients, we may temporarily process the caller's name, phone number, requested service, and appointment time. We do this as a Business Associate or Data Processor of the client. The client's privacy notice governs how that data is ultimately stored and used.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and deliver the product you purchased
• To onboard and configure your AI agent (Pilot, Optimizer, etc.)
• To send transactional emails (welcome, receipt, ongoing service updates)
• To send marketing emails to leads and customers (you can unsubscribe in any email; see Section 7)
• To improve our products, train our team on common patterns, and create anonymized case studies (we will NOT identify you in case studies without your written permission)
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, court orders, HIPAA where applicable)

We do NOT sell your personal information.

4. How we share your information

We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate (Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email, Notion for CRM, Retell for voice AI, Twilio for phone numbers, Anthropic / OpenAI for language models, n8n for automation, Buffer for social posting). These providers are bound by data-processing agreements and only see the data necessary to perform their function.
• Legal authorities if required by subpoena, court order, or law
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of the business (we will notify you of any change in data ownership)
• AI clients (only their own clients' call data) — we do NOT mix data between clients

We do NOT share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. How we store and protect your information

• All data in transit is encrypted (TLS 1.2+)
• All data at rest is encrypted in our service providers' systems (Stripe, Notion, Google Workspace)
• Access to client data is limited to staff (currently founder + assigned contractors) on a need-to-know basis
• We retain client onboarding data for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for support history, then permanently delete
• Call recordings (where enabled) are retained per the client's BAA — typically 30 days post-engagement, then permanently deleted

For HIPAA-covered entities (dental, medspa, healthcare): we operate as your Business Associate per the executed BAA. We retain HIPAA-protected health information per the 6-year retention requirement, then permanently delete.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use: - Essential cookies (required for site functionality and form submission) - Analytics cookies (Google Analytics or equivalent) to understand site usage in aggregate - No third-party advertising cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to function but some analytics may be incomplete.

6A. SMS messaging and consent

What you'll receive: If you opt in to SMS from AI Revenue Forge, we may send appointment confirmations, scheduling alerts, pilot-onboarding messages, time-sensitive operational notifications, and occasional product updates. Message frequency varies — typically 2–8 messages per recipient per month. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.

How we obtain consent: We send SMS only after express written consent from the recipient. Consent is collected via (a) the opt-in checkboxes on our SMS opt-in page at airevenueforge.tech/sms-optin, where consent for marketing/promotional text messages is collected separately from transactional/service consent through its own optional, unchecked checkbox and is never a condition of purchase; (b) explicit verbal consent captured during a recorded phone call with one of our AI voice agents and logged in our TCPA Consent Log with timestamp; (c) consumer-initiated inbound text or call to a published business number; or (d) opt-in checkboxes on partner forms (e.g., ClickFunnels) carrying the same disclosure language. We do not send SMS to anyone we do not have documented consent for.

How to opt out (STOP): Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, or REVOKE to any SMS we send. Your number will be added to our suppression list immediately and checked before every subsequent send. You can also email support@airevenueforge.tech to be removed manually.

How to get help (HELP): Reply HELP or INFO to receive support contact information. Auto-reply: "AI Revenue Forge: reply STOP to opt out, call 1-877-640-3761, or visit airevenueforge.tech."

Carrier compliance: Our SMS programs are registered under 10DLC A2P (for standard 10-digit numbers) and Toll-Free SMS verification (for 800/833/844/855/866/877/888 numbers) per US carrier requirements (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.).

Phone-number data handling: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely to deliver the messages you consented to, plus internal record-keeping for opt-in/opt-out compliance. Phone-number lists are not sold, rented, or licensed to advertisers.

Healthcare context (HIPAA): When SMS is sent on behalf of a HIPAA Covered Entity client (e.g., caregiver shift call-outs for a home-health agency), those messages constitute Treatment, Payment, or Healthcare Operations communications under HIPAA and are governed by the executed Business Associate Agreement. 7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: - Request access to the personal data we hold about you - Request correction of inaccurate data - Request deletion of your data (subject to our legal retention obligations) - Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email support@airevenueforge.tech) - Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (e.g., your state Attorney General in the US, or your local Data Protection Authority in the EU/UK)

To exercise any of these rights, email support@airevenueforge.tech with the subject "Privacy Request — [your name]". We will respond within 30 days.

8. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to know: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, disclose, or sell.
• Right to delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this opt-out.
• Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise California rights, email support@airevenueforge.tech with the subject "California Privacy Request — [your name]". We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling the request. We will respond within 45 days (with a possible 45-day extension if reasonably necessary, with notice).

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification of the agent's authority.

9. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage, server logs) for the following purposes:

• Strictly necessary: Session cookies that enable core site functionality (form submission, page navigation).
• Analytics: First-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, referrers, time on page). We do not use third-party trackers for cross-site behavioral advertising.
• Functional: Cookies that remember your preferences (e.g., consent state).

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect site functionality. We honor "Do Not Track" browser signals and Global Privacy Control (GPC) where applicable.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), nor from users under 18 without verifiable parental consent where required.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@airevenueforge.tech.

11. International data transfers

AI Revenue Forge is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for international transfers of personal data to the United States.

12. Updates to this privacy policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy
• Notify active subscribers and customers via email when changes materially affect their rights or our handling of their data
• Provide a summary of changes on this page for at least 30 days
