AI Revenue Forge — Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy
Effective: April 29, 2026 Applies to: Pilot, Optimizer, and White-Label tiers sold by Jenkins Worldwide Enterprises, LLC d/b/a AI Revenue Forge. This document is published at: airevenueforge.tech/refund-policy (TODO once Hostinger page is live)
The 30-Day Pilot Money-Back Guarantee
The promise (verbatim from sales script): The Pilot tier ($997 one-time) is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your AI Voice Receptionist doesn't pay for itself in the first 30 days of live operation, we refund you in full.
What "pay for itself" means: The Pilot pays for itself if any one of the following is true at Day 30:
- Booked appointment value: Your AI Voice Receptionist has booked at least one appointment whose customer lifetime value (LTV) is greater than or equal to $997. (For dental: typically one new patient. For HVAC: typically one diagnostic-to-install conversion. For real estate: typically one showing-to-listing connection.)
- After-hours capture value: Your AI captured at least 5 after-hours leads that your prior phone setup would have missed (voicemail, hangup, no-answer). Documented via Retell call log + comparison to your prior call data if available.
- Time saved: Your front desk reports a measurable reduction in interrupted/duplicate inbound call handling. Documented via direct testimony from your front desk in a 5-minute exit interview.
If none of the three are true at Day 30, we refund the full $997 within 5 business days of the refund request.
What's not covered by the guarantee: - Twilio phone number costs you incurred during the pilot (typically $1-3/month, billed by Twilio directly to your account) - Any third-party software fees (CRM, scheduling tool, etc.) - Refunds requested after Day 45 (we have to keep the books closed at month-end)
How to Request a Refund (Pilot)
- Email airevenueforge@gmail.com with subject line: "Pilot Refund Request — [your business name]"
- Include: - Date the AI went live on your number - Brief description of why the pilot didn't meet criteria 1, 2, or 3 - Your Stripe payment confirmation (we have it on file too — this just speeds it up)
- Rick will respond within 2 business days, schedule a 15-minute exit call (optional but appreciated — we use it to improve the product), and process the refund within 5 business days of the call.
We will not gatekeep, argue, or pressure you. If the pilot didn't deliver, you get your money back. We'd rather lose $997 and your respect than keep the money and lose both.
Optimizer Refund Policy
Setup fee ($2,997): refundable for 14 days from the date of purchase IF the AI agent has not yet been deployed to your live phone number. Once your agent is live, the setup fee is non-refundable because the work to provision, configure, integrate, and tune the agent has already been performed.
Monthly subscription ($797/month): cancel anytime. The current month is non-refundable (you keep the service through the end of the billing cycle), and no future charges will be made. To cancel, email airevenueforge@gmail.com or use the Stripe customer portal link in your welcome email.
There is no annual contract. We do not have early-termination fees.
White-Label Refund Policy
White-label engagements are governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) and SOW signed at engagement start. Refer to the executed MSA for the specific refund terms applicable to your engagement, or contact airevenueforge@gmail.com for a copy.
In general: - Setup fees are non-refundable once the white-label tenant infrastructure is provisioned. - Monthly margin-split payments are not refundable, but partners can pause new tenant additions at any time.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a refund question, please email us first — we will resolve any legitimate refund claim quickly. Filing a chargeback through your bank without first attempting to reach us is not a refund process; it's a dispute, and may slow resolution.
If a chargeback is filed: - We will respond to Stripe with our delivery records (Twilio call logs, Notion onboarding records, signed SOW, email correspondence). - If the dispute is found in your favor, the refund processes via Stripe directly. - If the dispute is found in our favor, the original charge stands.
Service-Level Refunds (Optimizer Only)
If, during an Optimizer engagement, your AI agent has documented downtime greater than 24 consecutive hours during business hours (i.e., the agent is not answering calls when it should be), we will issue a pro-rated service credit applied to your next month's invoice. This is automatic — you don't need to request it.
Downtime caused by: - Twilio outages (acts of Twilio, not us) - Your decision to disable the agent - DNS or your CRM provider's outage
…does not qualify for service credit, but we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis if it materially impacts you.
Compliance & Cancellation Notes
- HIPAA / BAA: if you are a HIPAA-covered entity (dental, medspa) and your engagement ends, we will continue to honor the BAA terms regarding any retained data for 6 years per HIPAA retention requirements, then permanently delete.
- Call recordings: at engagement end, we delete all call recordings and transcripts within 30 days unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Number portability: the phone number you used during the engagement is yours. We help you port it back to your preferred carrier at no charge.
- Notion / dashboard access: access to your client Notion subspace ends 60 days after engagement termination. You may export your data to CSV before that.
Plain-English Promise
We don't write this policy to protect ourselves from you. We wrote it because:
- The sales pitch promises a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you deserve to see what that means in writing.
- Your CFO, attorney, or operations manager will ask. Now they have a doc.
- We'd rather over-explain refund terms than have you feel surprised on Day 28.
