This Privacy Policy describes how AI Revenue Forge ("AI Revenue Forge," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you interact with our websites, products, and services — including AI Revenue Forge, Low Key Longevity, Celivant, Business in a Box, Baker Copperworks, Court Personas, Living Web, Jenkins Worldwide Enterprises, and any related properties (collectively, the "Services").

2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly
- Contact information: name, email, phone number, business name, business address — submitted when you apply, request a demo, sign up for a service, or contact us
- Business information: industry, revenue range, team size, budget range, project scope — submitted on intake forms
- Payment information: processed by Stripe (we never store full card numbers; we receive only Stripe customer IDs and last-4 digits)
- Communications: messages you send to us via email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, voice calls (Retell AI), or social platforms
- Authentication data: if you log into a customer portal, the account credentials you choose
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, OS, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps
- Cookies and similar technologies: first-party cookies for session management; third-party cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag) — see Section 7
- Call recording and transcript data: when our AI receptionist agents answer your calls, we record audio + generate transcripts for service-quality and product-improvement purposes
Information from third parties
- Enrichment services (e.g., Apollo, Clay) may provide publicly available business information
- Social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Buffer) provide account data when you connect or interact with us through those platforms
- Payment processors (Stripe) provide transaction status and customer-lifecycle events

- To provide, operate, and improve the Services
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send transactional emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and voice notifications related to your account
- To send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time — see Section 8)
- To run paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and similar platforms, including conversion tracking, ad measurement, and audience matching using hashed identifiers via the Meta Conversions API
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers: hosting (Hostinger), CRM (Notion), payments (Stripe), email (Resend, Instantly), voice (Retell, Twilio), messaging (Meta WhatsApp), analytics (Google Analytics, Meta), advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn), and similar vendors — each bound by contractual confidentiality obligations
- Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality
- With your consent: any other sharing explicitly authorized by you
5. International data transfers
We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Typical retention periods:
- Active customer records: for the duration of the customer relationship + 7 years for tax/accounting
- Marketing leads: 24 months after last interaction
- Voice recordings: 90 days unless flagged for support/compliance review
- Cookies: per cookie expiration (typically 30 days to 24 months)
7. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use first-party cookies for site functionality and third-party tracking pixels for advertising and analytics, including:
- Meta Pixel (for Facebook/Instagram ad measurement and audience matching, paired with the Meta Conversions API for server-side deduplication)
- Google Analytics (site usage)
- Google Ads conversion tracking
- TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag

8. Your rights and choices
- Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe link in every marketing email; reply STOP to SMS/WhatsApp; reply UNSUBSCRIBE to phone outreach
- Access, correction, deletion: see our Data Deletion page or email support@airevenueforge.org
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA): right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell)
- EU/UK residents (GDPR): right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object — contact us via support@airevenueforge.org and we'll respond within 30 days
9. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us at support@airevenueforge.org and we will delete it.
10. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party services and platforms
If you authorize AI Revenue Forge to access social platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), our use of information from those platforms is subject to each platform's own terms and privacy policies, in addition to this policy. We do not access more than the scopes you grant.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by direct notice to active customers.
