Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Standing Watch application and website, published by AI Revenue Forge, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not medical or therapeutic advice

Standing Watch is a self-help support tool. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in the app should be relied on as clinical guidance. Complex PTSD and related conditions require assessment and treatment by a licensed clinician. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in this app.

In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. In the United States you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We are not an emergency service and cannot respond to crises.

3. No relationship or outcome is guaranteed

The practices described in the app reflect widely used, trauma-informed relational principles and the author’s own experience. They are general guidance, not a plan tailored to your relationship, and we make no promise about the effect of using them. You are responsible for your own conduct and decisions.

4. Your data

The app stores what you enter on your own device and transmits nothing to us. You are solely responsible for backing it up. We cannot recover data lost through clearing browser data, uninstalling, device loss, or device failure, because we never hold a copy. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Free and paid tiers

A free tier is available with no account and no payment. "Full Watch" unlocks additional content for a subscription fee or a one-time lifetime fee, as described at the point of purchase.

• Billing. Web purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal link in your receipt; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Trials. Where a free trial is offered, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Refunds. Email support@airevenueforge.org within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it, no explanation required. If you bought through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store, refunds are handled by that store under its own policy.
• Lifetime access means for as long as we continue to operate the app. If we discontinue it, we will give reasonable notice and will not charge lifetime purchasers again.
• Price changes to an existing subscription will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply from your next renewal.

6. Licence and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish its written content; reverse-engineer it to circumvent paid features; or present its content as your own or as clinical material. The text, design, and code are our intellectual property.

7. Availability

The app runs on your device and will keep working offline. The website, purchase flow, and support are provided as-is with no uptime guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our total liability arising from your use of it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including relationship, emotional, or health outcomes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date and in the app’s release notes. We may suspend access for breach of section 6.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the law of their own country of residence.
