Who we are

What the app collects

Nothing. The app has no account system, no sign-in, no user identifiers, and no backend server. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information
• Any text you enter — daily checks, nightly notes, promises, names, or your log
• Location data of any kind
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or fingerprints
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry
• Health or medical information

Where your data lives

Everything you enter is written to your browser or device’s local storage on the device where you use the app. It does not sync, back up to a cloud, or leave the device. Consequences worth understanding:

• Clearing your browser data, or uninstalling the app, permanently erases your entries. We cannot recover them, because we never had them.
• Your log does not follow you to another phone automatically. The app includes a backup panel that displays your data as text so you can copy it and restore it yourself.
• Anyone with unlocked access to your device can open the app and read your log. If that is a concern, use your device’s screen lock.

Network requests

The app makes one category of outbound request: fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on first load, which are then cached on your device for offline use. Google may log the IP address making that request, as it does for any website using their font service. No information about your use of the app is included. No other network request is made by the app.

Purchases

If you buy Full Watch, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card details. Stripe receives your email address and payment information in order to process the transaction and is the data controller for that information; see stripe.com/privacy. We retain your email address solely to send your unlock code and receipts, and to handle refunds and support. If you purchase through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the Microsoft Store instead, that store handles the transaction under its own privacy policy.

Children

Standing Watch is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children — we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws you have rights to access, correct, delete and port your personal data. Because we hold no personal data from the app itself, there is nothing for us to produce or delete — your data is already exclusively in your possession, and you can erase it at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. If you have purchased Full Watch and want the email address associated with that purchase deleted, email support@airevenueforge.org and we will remove it, subject to the transaction records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes.

Selling or sharing

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have never done so and the app has no technical means to do so.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and note the change in the app’s release notes. If a future version of the app ever collects anything, that will be disclosed prominently and will be opt-in.
