No, and it is not a substitute for it. Standing Watch is a support tool for the partner. Complex PTSD improves with trauma-informed care from a qualified clinician. If neither of you has professional support in place, that is the highest-leverage thing you can do, and this app will keep telling you so.
On your device, in the app’s own local storage. It is never sent to us or anyone else. There is no account and no server.
No — and that is by design. We never had a copy. Use the “Back up or move your data” panel at the bottom of the app: it shows your whole log as text you can copy into a note or email to yourself, and paste back to restore.
Open the backup panel on the old phone, tap Show my data, copy the text. On the new phone, install the app, open the same panel, paste the text in, and tap Restore from text.
Yes. Once installed, the whole app is on your phone. Only the very first load needs a connection.
iPhone (Safari): open the app link, tap Share, then “Add to Home Screen.”
Android (Chrome): open the app link, tap the three-dot menu, then “Install app.”
Anyone with your unlocked phone can open it. Use a screen lock. Some people rename the home-screen shortcut to something plainer — you can edit the name when you add it. Use the customer-portal link in your receipt email, or reply to it and we will cancel it for you. If you bought through an app store, cancel in that store’s subscription settings.
Email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. No explanation needed.
Please do, and please tell us what is wrong with it. Email support@airevenueforge.org — we would rather hear it from you than from a review.
