Somewhere along the way, entrepreneurs got sold a bad deal — pick revenue OR pick purpose. MDE is my answer to that.
For most of my adult life I ran the game the way founders are told to run it: grind, ship, close, scale. I built businesses. I hit numbers. And I kept noticing the same thing — the parts of me that made the work worth doing (the creative, the curious, the human, the honest, the soulful) were the same parts I was quietly being told to leave at the door.
So I built the room I wished existed. A community for people who want a real business — real offers, real revenue, real pipeline — and who refuse to build it as a smaller, colder version of themselves. Whole-person founders. Coaches, creators, healers, consultants, operators who read Hormozi on Monday and journal on Sunday, and who don't think that's a contradiction.
