Program: Personal Touch Care Team SMS (messaging operated by AI Revenue Forge Inc.). We send two categories of text messages: (1) to clients, patients, and authorized representatives — appointment and home-visit reminders and care-coordination messages; and (2) to caregivers (employees) — scheduling, shift, and employment-related communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent. You opt in to SMS messages by checking an optional, unchecked-by-default consent box on our written web forms: the Home-Care Intake & Admission Form (clients) or the Employment Onboarding & Communications Form (caregivers). Consenting to text messages is not required to receive care services or as a condition of employment. Consent is not bundled with any other agreement.
Message frequency varies; typically 2–10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@airevenueforge.tech.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be delivered via automated technology to the phone number provided at opt-in.
