5 Seats · Application Required

What if you could pick the courses, books, and Skool communities you've already paid for — and we'd extract every tactic into a custom library built for your business?

CopyForge Custom — $997/month. Capped at 5 seats. Done-for-you tactic extraction from the sources you choose, into your private library branch. Plus everything in Tier 1 + Tier 2. Plus a quarterly 1-on-1 with Rick on your roadmap.

This is the tier for operators who've spent $50K+ on marketing courses, used 5% of what they bought, and want the rest extracted, organized, and deployable — without spending the next year doing it themselves.

The library tax you've already paid.

If you're like most operators, you've spent $50,000 or more on courses, books, masterminds, and Skool memberships over the last five years. Conservatively. You've used 5% of what you bought. The other 95% sits in your downloads folder, on a bookshelf, or buried in a Skool community you stopped logging into six months ago.

The library that would let you actually deploy what you learned doesn't exist. Building it yourself takes 10–15 hours a week of focused work — which you don't have. So we build it for you. The sources are yours. The work is ours. The library is yours forever.

How it works.

A simple monthly rhythm. You pick the sources. We do the extraction. Your private library branch grows by 6–10 polished tactics a month, every month.

1

You pick 1–3 sources per month.

Books, courses, podcasts, Skool archives, mastermind recordings, your own SOPs. You pick what gets extracted. By the 25th of each month, you submit next month's source list; we confirm fit by the 28th. Anything legal, you have access to, and we won't be reputationally compromised extracting from — it's on the list.

2

We extract 6–10 tactics per source.

Rick personally leads the extraction work for the first 5 members. Same six-pass workflow that built the CopyForge library — listen / identify / verbatim / structure / validate / ship. Custom-formatted for your business: your verticals, your funnel stages, your offer types. Full provenance on every entry. Cross-referenced into the broader CopyForge library so you get the network effect for free.

3

Plus everything in Tier 1 + Tier 2.

The full searchable CopyForge library (200+ tactics at launch, growing weekly). The monthly 90-minute live extraction call. Voting rights on the public source roadmap. The private Tier 2/3 discussion channel. The archive of every prior extraction call. None of this is locked behind an additional fee at Tier 3 — it's all included.

4

Plus quarterly 1-on-1 with Rick.

Once a quarter, 60 minutes, just you and Rick. We review what's been extracted into your private branch over the prior 3 months, what worked when you deployed it, and what sources should be on the next quarter's roadmap based on your business's actual results. Not a sales call. Not a check-in. A working session on your roadmap.

What you actually get every month.

Stacked monthly value, with each line item priced against its real-world standalone cost or comparable. Total stack reads honest, not inflated.

Compare against the alternatives.

This is what the same outcome costs through every other channel a serious operator might consider.

Hire a full-time research analyst. Loaded cost (salary + benefits + onboarding + ramp time). You also have to manage them.
$6,667 – $10,000 / mo
Hire a McKinsey-tier consultant for a one-off engagement. Deeper synthesis on a single problem, but no ongoing library. You're paying for a slide deck, not a system.
$20,000+ / engagement
Build the library yourself. 10–15 hours per week of your time on extraction work. At $200/hr opportunity cost, that's 40–60 hours per month of your highest-leverage time gone.
$8,000 – $12,000 / mo
Hire a freelance researcher on Upwork. Cheaper, but: no curatorial filter, no library integration, no quarterly review, no Rick. You get a doc, not a system. And the quality is whatever the freelancer happens to deliver.
$2,000 – $4,000 / mo
CopyForge Custom. Done-for-you, 5 seats only, Rick-direct extraction, lifetime future-product access, cancel anytime, 14-day pro-rated refund.
$997 / mo

How we de-risk this for you.

$997/month is a real commitment. Here's why it's not actually a risky one.

Month-1 satisfaction guarantee.

If month 1 doesn't produce at least 6 tactics you can actually use in your funnel, reply "refund" — we send back the full $997 inside one business day. No survey, no win-back call. We'd rather close the seat for someone it fits than fight to keep someone it doesn't.

No-fault exit, always.

Cancel anytime from your billing portal — no support call, no friction. If you cancel mid-cycle, you get a 14-day pro-rated refund on the most recent billing cycle, no questions asked. This is the canonical CopyForge no-fault exit clause; it applies at every tier.

5-seat cap is a feature.

We don't oversell. When 5 seats are filled, applications go to a waitlist. When a seat reopens (member churn, annual review, graduation out of Tier 3), the waitlist gets first chance in order received. The cap is what makes the quarterly 1-on-1 with Rick actually possible — past 5, it stops being a 1-on-1.

Apply for 1 of 5 seats.

Five questions. Two minutes to complete. Rick reviews every application personally within 5 business days. Approved applicants receive a Stripe invoice (not a public payment link) to lock in their seat.

By submitting, you agree to a 5-business-day review. You can withdraw your application at any time by replying to the confirmation email — no-fault exit applies to applications as well as subscriptions. Privacy · Terms.

Application received. ✓

Watch your inbox over the next 5 business days. Rick reviews every application personally. If you're approved, the next email contains a Stripe invoice link to lock in your seat. If we're full and you're going on the waitlist, you'll get that email too — same window.

Rick Jenkins, Founder & CEO of AI Revenue Forge
FOUNDER & CEO · ARF / COPYFORGE

I personally lead extraction for the first 5 members.

I'm Rick Jenkins. Tier 3 isn't a productized service that gets handed off to a team — at least, not yet, not for the first 5 members. I personally lead the extraction work for every Tier 3 customer in the founding cohort. The six-pass workflow that built the public CopyForge library is the same one I run against your private sources.

As CopyForge grows, that may shift to a curated team — eventually it has to, because 5 doesn't scale. But the first 5 Tier 3 members are Rick-direct, indefinitely. That's the whole pitch. Once you're in the founding cohort, you stay Rick-direct even after we hire extractors for everyone else.

If you want to know whether you're a fit, the simplest test is the application below. Five questions. I read every one. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you, and I'll point you at the right Tier (1 or 2) instead. If we are a fit, you'll hear from me within 5 business days with a seat-lock invoice.

Frequently asked.

The seven questions that come up most when operators consider Tier 3.

Are seats really capped at 5?

Yes. Hard cap. Tier 3 is Rick-direct extraction work — every member gets meaningful 1-on-1 time and a personally-curated source roadmap. Beyond 5 active seats, that breaks. When all 5 are filled, applications go to a waitlist; when a seat reopens (member churn, annual review, or graduation out of Tier 3), the waitlist gets first chance in order received.

What if the source I want is controversial?

We accept anything legal that you have legitimate access to. We don't extract from people we won't be associated with — clearly unethical creators, frauds, anyone with public reputational issues that would compromise CopyForge's positioning. If the source you want sits in the gray zone, ask before applying. We'll be honest about what we'll work with.

Can I switch sources month to month?

Yes. You pick what gets extracted each month. By the 25th of each month you submit next month's source list; we confirm fit by the 28th; extraction runs the following month with deliverables landing in your private library branch on a rolling weekly basis. If a source turns out to be thinner than expected mid-month, you can pivot — we'd rather extract from the right source than burn the month on the wrong one.

Do you write copy or build funnels for me using the extracted tactics?

Tier 3 includes consultation on how to apply tactics to your funnel — that's part of the quarterly 1-on-1 with Rick. We don't ghostwrite your funnel or build it for you as part of the $997/mo. If you want done-for-you funnel build, that's a separate ARF engagement (Optimizer or BIB) — and Tier 3 members get priority access and preferred pricing on those if you decide to add them.

Can I share extracted tactics with my team?

Internal team only. Your employees and contractors who work on your business may read your private library branch. Sharing extracted tactics with external customers, competitors, or as content you sell or distribute publicly voids the engagement. The license is for your business's internal use, not for resale or external distribution.

What's the difference vs. hiring a freelance researcher?

Four things. (1) Speed — Rick's extraction workflow turns a source into 6–10 polished tactics in days, not weeks. (2) Curatorial filter — Rick decides what's load-bearing vs. filler so you don't get a 50-tactic dump where 40 are noise. (3) Integration — your custom-extracted tactics cross-reference into the broader CopyForge library, so you get the network effect for free. (4) Quarterly 1-on-1 with Rick on your roadmap. A freelance researcher gives you a doc; Tier 3 gives you a system.

What if I outgrow $997/mo?

Then we made you successful enough to graduate. The lifetime Tier 2 + Tier 3 future-product access stays even after you exit Tier 3 — that's the first-5-members bonus that doesn't expire. Graduation usually means the customer has internalized the extraction workflow and either built an internal version themselves or moved fully to ARF's BIB engagement where tactic extraction is baked in.
