How does the recurring billing work?
You're billed $97 every month from the date you enroll, on the same day each month, via Stripe. No annual contract. No setup fee. No minimum term. Your card stays on file; you cancel in one click whenever you want.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You keep access through the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days of any billing cycle (including the first one), you get a pro-rated refund automatically. After day 14 of a cycle, you keep access until the cycle ends and we don't renew. That's the no-fault exit clause — you should never feel stuck.
What if I miss a live cohort call?
Every call is recorded and posted to the replay archive within 24 hours. You also get a written summary of the key takeaways and any templates or assets shared on the call. You can watch back any prior call as long as you're an active member.
Can I bring a business partner or co-founder?
One seat = one operator. If you have a co-founder or partner who also wants in, they enroll on their own seat at $97/mo. I don't police who sits next to you on the live call from your laptop — but Skool / Discord access is per-seat for accountability and signal quality in the community.
Do I need to have built something already?
You should be actively building — or seriously planning to build — two or more ventures. If you're brand-new and want the framework on paper first, Tier 1 ($47 eBook + workbook) is the better starting point. If you're purely curious and want to read along quietly, Tier 0 (free Skool community) is the right door. Climb to Tier 3 when you're actually moving.
What's the format of the monthly call?
90 minutes, live on Zoom. First 30 minutes: I walk through what's actually running this month across the JWE portfolio — what's working, what's broken, the live numbers. Middle 30 minutes: framework deep-dive on a topic the cohort voted on. Final 30 minutes: live hot-seat — members submit their nodes, I review them on camera.
Is there a refund if I don't get value?
Yes — and it's automatic. Cancel within 14 days of any cycle's billing date and you get a pro-rated refund with no friction. No calls, no forms, no "are you sure." This is by design. If it's not working for you, get out clean.
