Agentic C-Suite - From AI Revenue Forge

Replace your C-Suite.
Not just augment it.

The Team

Four agents. Four functions. One accountable system.

Each agent owns its function the way a real executive does - strategy, execution, reporting, and cross-functional handoff. You ratify; they run.

DATU — Agentic Chief Data Officer

DATUChief Data Officer (replaced)

DATU ingests every data source you have - billing, ads, CRM, support, ops - and answers the strategic questions you don't have time to ask. Cohort retention, channel ROI, leading indicators, customer health, board-deck KPIs. Monday morning, you get the numbers that actually matter, not a dashboard you have to interpret.

  • Cohort & retention analysis
  • Channel-level CAC / LTV / payback
  • Leading-indicator monitoring & anomaly alerts
  • Board-ready charts & commentary
  • Forecast modeling tied to live data
REV — Agentic COO / CRO

REVCOO / CRO (replaced)

REV runs your revenue engine. Pipeline hygiene, deal scoring, forecast accuracy, expansion playbooks, churn intervention, ops bottleneck triage. Sales reps stop guessing. Account managers stop missing renewals. You stop being the only person who knows what's actually happening in the funnel.

  • Pipeline scoring & deal-stage hygiene
  • Weekly forecast with confidence bands
  • Renewal & expansion playbooks
  • Churn early-warning intervention
  • Cross-functional ops bottleneck reports
MUSE — Agentic Chief Marketing Officer

MUSEChief Marketing Officer (replaced)

MUSE owns the brand voice and the content engine. Positioning briefs, campaign copy, email sequences, landing pages, social, SEO clusters, sales-enablement decks. Every word goes through compliance scan via LEX before it ships. You stop paying a fractional CMO $15K/month and an agency another $20K. MUSE does both.

  • Positioning & messaging architecture
  • Long-form content, email sequences, landing pages
  • Campaign planning & performance reporting
  • SEO topic clusters & programmatic content
  • Sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, one-pagers)
LEX — Agentic General Counsel

LEXGeneral Counsel (replaced)

LEX reviews every contract before you sign, scans every outbound communication for regulatory exposure, monitors the rules that affect your category, and triages every NDA the day it arrives. Built explicitly for the post-Air-AI FTC landscape - LEX is why the other three agents can ship safely.

  • Contract review & redlines against your playbook
  • NDA triage (Green / Yellow / Red classification)
  • Compliance scan on all agent outputs
  • Regulatory monitoring (FTC, CCPA, GDPR, state-specific)
  • Litigation hold & subpoena response templates

The Anchor Math

What a real C-Suite costs.
And what ours costs.

Loaded comp. Benefits. Equity. Recruiting fees. Severance risk. The full cost of four humans you'll never be able to afford until you don't need them.

Option Annualized Cost
Full human C-Suite (CDO + COO/CRO + CMO + GC)
Loaded salaries, benefits, equity, recruiting
$800K - $2.4M
SaaS sprawl that pretends to do their job
BI tool + RevOps + martech + legal tech
$50K - $200K
Fractional executives (1099 contractors)
$8K-$25K/mo each x 4 functions
$384K - $1.2M
C-Suite Agents - Full Suite
DATU + REV + MUSE + LEX, all-in
$120K

85-95% less than the human anchor. Dramatically more capable than the SaaS sprawl.

Frequently Asked

The honest questions founders ask us.

Can AI actually replace strategic thinking - or is this just a co-pilot in disguise?

Replacement, not augmentation. Each agent owns its function end-to-end: it ingests the data, makes the calls, produces the deliverable, and reports up. You ratify; the agent runs. Where strategic judgment is genuinely required, the agent escalates with a recommendation and a confidence score. Most weeks, you'll spend less than 30 minutes ratifying - the agents handle the rest.

What about creative work? Can MUSE really replace a human CMO's instincts?

MUSE won't out-create a top-1% human creative director. It will reliably out-perform a fractional CMO or a mid-tier agency for 90% of the output a $25K-$200K MRR company actually needs - positioning, copy, sequences, landing pages, SEO clusters, sales enablement. For brand campaigns that genuinely need a star, you contract a freelance creative director for that specific project. MUSE handles the other 50 weeks of the year.

How do you handle compliance and regulatory risk - especially after the Air AI FTC ban?

LEX is the answer. Every output produced by DATU, REV, or MUSE passes through LEX's compliance scan before it ships externally. LEX monitors FTC, CCPA, GDPR, and state-specific regulations affecting your category. Every action is logged, every decision is reversible, every customer-facing claim is auditable. Read our post-Air-AI compliance brief →

What if an agent makes a costly mistake?

Three layers of protection. First: hard-coded thresholds - any decision above a configurable risk dollar amount requires founder ratification. Second: LEX scans every output before external delivery. Third: every action is logged and reversible. We carry $2M E&O coverage. In 18 months and across the early cohort, the costliest agent-attributable error was a $340 mis-sent invoice, which we credited.

How does it integrate with the tools we already use?

Native connectors for Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Asana, Apollo, Outreach, Klaviyo, Resend, and 40+ more. Anything with an API is reachable. Onboarding includes the integration build-out.

What's the implementation effort on our side?

Realistically: 4-8 hours of founder/ops-lead time in the first two weeks (intro calls, terminology tuning, system credentials handover). After Day 30, you spend ~30 minutes per week ratifying agent outputs and ~90 minutes per month on the strategy session.

Why not just hire freelancers or fractional executives?

Four fractional executives run $32K-$100K/month combined, scheduling conflicts and timezone gaps, four separate contracts to manage, no cross-functional handoff, and no continuity if any one of them takes another client. C-Suite Agents costs $9,997/mo for all four, with full cross-agent orchestration, single contract, and always-on availability.

What about confidentiality? Where does our data live?

Your data is yours. Stored in isolated tenants, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We do not train foundation models on your data. We do not share data across customers. SOC 2 Type II audit completing Q3 2026. NDAs available before any discovery call. Full security & data ownership page →

What happens at the end of the contract - what do we walk away with?

Full data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF deliverables). Your tuned playbooks remain yours. Your historical reports are exportable. We make it easy to leave - which is why most customers don't.

How is this different from just buying ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude for Work?

Those are general-purpose chat tools. You still need someone - a CDO, a CMO, a COO - to know what to ask, what to do with the answer, how to ship it, and how to chase the next thing. C-Suite Agents is the executive who knows what to ask. The foundation model is a component; the agent is the system.

Do you replace ARF Pilot, or work alongside it?

Alongside. ARF Pilot ($997/mo) handles your front desk - inbound calls, qualification, booking. C-Suite Agents handles your back office and strategic functions. Full Suite customers get ARF Pilot bundled at 50% off if they don't already have it.

What's the catch with the 30-day exit clause?

No catch. 30 days written notice, prorated refund on any annual prepay, full data export. We built the business on renewal economics - if the agents aren't earning their keep, we want you to leave so we can fix the product. Full clause language →

What's the realistic timeline from application to first agent output?

Application reviewed within 48 hours. If accepted: discovery call within 5 days, contract + onboarding kickoff inside 10 days, first integration live inside 14 days, first weekly Monday brief inside 21 days. Most customers see their first material agent-attributable win (a deal recovered, a contract redlined, a forecast corrected) inside the first 30 days.

Can we start with one agent and add others later?

Yes. Single → Duo → Full Suite upgrades any time, prorated. Most Single-tier customers upgrade within 90 days once they see the report from week 4.

What if we already have a CMO / CFO / COO - is this still for us?

Probably not for the function they own. If your CMO is great, don't replace them. We sometimes sell into companies with a strong CEO and one functional executive who want the other three functions filled - that's where the Duo or Single tier makes sense.

Stop being the bottleneck.

You can keep doing the work of four executives yourself, or you can hire four agents that do it for $120K a year. The application takes 5 minutes.
