Common questions

What's the cookie window if my referral doesn't buy immediately?

Effectively lifetime — 10 years (3650 days). If someone clicks your link today and buys 6 months from now, the commission still attributes to you.

Can I refer my existing clients?

Yes — that's encouraged. If you're a dental consultant whose clients keep asking "how should I handle missed calls," sending them to ARF Pilot earns you commission AND solves their problem.

What does "perpetual" really mean?

For as long as the customer stays a paying customer with ARF, you keep getting your monthly commission. If they cancel, the commission stops. We don't claw back past commissions for cancellations.

Are there exclusive territories?

No — affiliates can refer customers anywhere. First-touch attribution: whichever affiliate's link a customer clicks FIRST gets the commission, even if they click another affiliate's link later.

What about taxes / 1099s?

If you earn over $600 in a calendar year, we'll issue a 1099-NEC in January. You're responsible for your own tax filing — talk to your accountant.

Is there a cost to be an affiliate?

Zero. No signup fee, no monthly fee, no required minimum referrals. We win when you win.

Can I be exclusive — refer only ARF and not competitors?

No exclusivity required. We're confident enough in the product to compete on merit. Refer whoever fits your audience best — if that's us, great; if not, no hard feelings.

How long until I see my first commission?

Once your first referred customer pays (typically within 7-14 days of sign-up), commission shows in your dashboard. First Stripe payout happens on the 15th of the following month (assuming you hit the $50 threshold).
