Our Story

It started with one question at our dinner table

Hi — we're Rick and Kayla. We live in the Florida Keys with our family.

A few years ago we asked a simple question: who lives the longest, and what do they eat?

The answer surprised us. In the places where people live past 100 — little towns in Italy, Japan, Greece, and Costa Rica — nobody eats fancy. They eat simple food, mostly plants, cooked at home, shared with family. The same forty groceries, over and over.

But when we looked for meal plans like that, everything cost a fortune or read like a science book.

So we made our own. A real nutrition coach builds every week. Our family cooks it and eats it first. If our kids won't eat it, it doesn't go in the plan.

Then we decided to share it — at a price any family can afford.
