Data Deletion
You can request deletion of any personal data AI Revenue Forge holds about you. We respond within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Email (fastest)
Send a deletion request to support@airevenueforge.org with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Include the following so we can verify and process your request:
- The email address(es) and/or phone number(s) you used with us
- Any business name associated with your account (if applicable)
- The specific platforms/services where deletion is requested (e.g., AI Revenue Forge website, LKL meal plan, Celivant, Baker Copperworks, Threads connection, Instagram, Facebook Lead Forms, voice call records, SMS/WhatsApp threads, email lists)
- Confirmation that you are the account holder (we may follow up to verify)
Option 2 — Phone
Call +1 (877) 640-3761 and request data deletion. Our AI receptionist will take down the request and route it to our compliance inbox. Please leave your email or phone number on file for confirmation.

What we delete
- Account profile information (name, email, phone, business details)
- Application form submissions (Apply, LKL trial signups, Baker Founders, etc.)
- Voice call recordings and transcripts (from AI receptionist interactions)
- SMS / WhatsApp / email conversation history
- Marketing pixel and audience data tied to your hashed identifiers (we send a deletion event to Meta Conversions API and similar platforms)
- Notion CRM records (ARF Leads database)
- Connected platform tokens (Threads, Instagram, Facebook — if you authorized those)
What we retain (legal/financial obligations)
Under U.S. tax and accounting law, we are required to retain certain transactional records (invoices, payment receipts, contract metadata) for up to 7 years after the relationship ends. These records are minimized to the legally required fields and segregated from active marketing and operations systems. We do not use them for marketing.
Timeline
- Within 5 business days: we acknowledge receipt and may follow up to verify your identity
- Within 30 days: we complete deletion across our systems and confirm via the email or phone number on file
- Within 60 days: third-party processors (Stripe, Notion, Meta, Google) complete their own propagation per their respective policies
Connected platforms
If you authorized AI Revenue Forge to access third-party platforms (Threads, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok), revoking our access there is fastest done directly in that platform's settings (Settings → Apps & Websites → AI Revenue Forge → Revoke). Once revoked there, our copy is deleted within 30 days of revocation.
